OC genie results safe? voltage safe too? confirmation needed

cpu: 4670k haswell

Cpuz: OC genie set it to 4ghz at 1.192V at 100.01 bus speed

Realtemps: max any cores got was 63C , this was after a 10 minute 100% load prime 95 torture test.

And i am using prime 95 right? Go to test torture test and just leave it for however long you feel is necessary to test stability then stop test?

I don't really want to do it manually all i want to know is is the Overclock safe to run 24/7.

My cpu cooler is a cooler master 120xl in push pull, top and front fans are intake.

1.2V is fine, generally people don't usually wish to go over 1.3V for temperature reasons. Regardless 63C is good for a torture test, push that chip further .

Thank you for confirmation, i think 4ghz will do me fine until in confident enough to overclock manually, just i spent a lot on this and if anything goes wrong i cant buy replacements right now, its only for gaming and photo editing , how long should i torture test for to confirm stability? Some say an hour, but most iv seen people say is between 8 and 24 hours?

Run the test for as long as you can be bothered but at least an hour. In all honesty 4GHz is going to be stable at nearly 1.2V since the CPU almost clocks itself to that speed under turbo anyway.

Thanks, does it matter if it goes into screensaver/sleep while in running p95? Or just let it turn tv monitor off and itll still run under 100% load? IM going to do atleast an 8 hour then a 12 if i can stay up enough or feel like it or should i be sneaky and manual it to 4.2 at 2.0v?
