Hey guys, my specs are:
i5 2500K currently at 4.2Ghz using the pre-defined options in the bios.
Asrock Z68 Extreme 4 Gen 3
Silver Arrow CPU cooler
OCZ Reaper ram @ 1330Mhz ~ Using auto
Two Seagate Barracuda HDD = Raid 0
BeQiiet 600W PSU

Want to now f anyone could help me get to 4.4 or 4.6 manually, as i heard that the auto feature can over-volt. Also wish to get my Ram to 1600Mhz too.

CPU Ratio - start with 46
Turbo Bust Power Limit
-long 220
-short 180
Core Current Limit 220
Spread Spectrum - disabled
DRAM Frequency - set at you Memory default

Voltages:
CPU core voltage set at offset and set offset at +0.005v
CPU Load Line Calibration - set at Level 2
CPU PLL Voltage set at 1.709v

Go to Advanced and set at disable:
-CPU C3
-CPU C6
-Package C State Support

Save and Exit.

You should be fine if your CPU is average Overclocker.
If these settings doesn't work, go to the BIOS and rise a bit offset voltage.

Tried this and used IBT on 5 run max test... Goes to about 80 across all cores.. Does that seem a little high?? Using a noctua nh d14 cooler.. In my antec900 case.. Just wondering if I should reseat and reapply tim

Just for reference this is what you should be getting with D14 @ 4.6GHz

Cheers for the screenings dave. I fixed the CPU voltage to 1.325 and temps dropped to 68 max on IBT max test.. Will try to drop lot age more and see if it's table and lower temps
