Do you have a guide for baseline settings for an OC for the new haswell chips on Gigabyte series of mobos, there seems to be a lot more options to tweak now for single core usage and what not since i OC my Bloomfield many moons ago 

The OC board is great for Overclocking yes. I have a lot of experience with it and its always done well for me.
As well as Vcore other important voltages in Bios are VCCIN, Ring Voltage, SA, IOA and IOD.
When pushing RAM and BLK SA,IOA and IOD come into the equation a lot.
