oc limited

I don't think u'll get much higher than that, it's already hell lot of OC for this CPU ;).

There might be some modded BIOS if you search around but I guess the other option (if you really need it ) will be to change for new mobo, from my experience, the DFI mobos had quite higher possible volts on em ( 1.1-1.6 and then even 1.8 jump for extreme OC if i remember well ) but you will have to check on that.

Anyways, nice OC.

Fix your RAM timings tho, 6-6-6-18 for just 900mhz is bad :). My old geils could pull 890mhz with 4-4-4-12.

thanks for the advice guys, i guess ill have to leave it at that then and wait till i get some more money for a new board.

Great overclock :) whats your temps like?

it gets to about 77c on prime

Oh ye you got the PC6400 corsairs, I didn't have very good experience with them either.
Did you try lowering them bit by bit ? Like move from 6-6-6-18 to 6-6-6-17 > boots? > 6-6-6-16 > 5-6-6-16 etc?

Also you can try doing it the other way and squeezing the max MHZ on the timings that you have, if you can increase the RAM multiplier in example and some extra Mhz on the timings you got, like 950-1000 with 6-6-6-18, that would always give few % boost and everything counts in benchies :).
