OC Non-Ref 5850 (Egg Cooler)

I got a 5850 1GB Today - It's Egg Cooler version and non ref.

I clocked it to 775/1125 and everything seems stable but I'm slightly concered about temps.

I didn't mess with the fan settings until AFTER I ran furmark. I set it so the fan is ALWAYS on 70% speed.

Before I changed the fan settings, on furmark after 7 mins of running my temps were solid stable at 91c. Is this abnormal?

I set the fan settings to always run at 70%, ran furmark again and it's hitting 90c easily but it just stays there... I think it throttles the GPU because the FPS dies a fair bit and I can hear the throttling.

Can someone please help me out? Bit confused...
