Hi guys, firstly I have read the stickied threads, Ive also read the report on my Mobo on anandtech which seemed like a really good guide but I seem to be a bit stuck
You can see my system in my sig, basically Im running CPU at 400MHz FSB voltage left to auto, RAM at 1066 with voltage left to auto. This was my first OC I tried and it works fine, its passed 2hrs on Prime95 as suggested, however I cant get it to go any higher, wether I leave voltage on auto or try manually inputting (1,4v) it keeps coming out unstable, Im also unable to tighten the timings on my RAM, when I try this becomes unstable, but according to the report on anandtech I should be able to tighten them, again Ive tried both leaving voltage on auto and manually setting (2.1v), no joy either way.
Anyone any advice on what I should try? My system is running fine now and I'd of expected more room for OC tbh, my temps are fine running at 25-30 idle and toppping out at 50 on load so I dont think its a temp problem, as I said this is first time I've tried any OC'ing and I'm not sure what to try
