OC on locked multiplier cpu's ?

Ok, seems like a daft question but I just wondered can it be done?

Is there any way to boost peformance on a locked multiplier chip, specifically the intel i3 3220?

Raise BLK.

This is limited to about 105 though but does give you 5% improvment.
