I was curious about my RAM settings after looking in CPUZ so i looked in the BIOS:

External Clock = 358Mhz
Multiplier Factor = 9
DRAM Speed (CPU : DRAM) = 1:1.25 (DDR2-895)
PCI EXPRESS CLOCK = 101Mhz

First thing i noticed was that the PCI EXPRESS CLOCK was at 101Mhz? Secondly, that the RAM was operating at DDR900 (more or less). The system i got from OcUK has Corsair Dominator 4GB PC2-8500 which is 1066? Its in a 4x1GB Config.

Here is the rest of the info (from the BIOS) incase it helps:

------
VOLTAGES CONTROL
------
Voltages Control = User Define
CPU CORE VOLTAGE VID = 1.4500 V
CPU CORE VOLTAGE OFFSET = 0.0000 V
DDR2 Voltage = Auto
CPU VTT Voltage = 1.25 V
MCH 1.25V Voltage = 1.30 V
ICH 1.05V Voltage = 1.10 V
ICHIO 1.5V Voltage = 1.55 V
DDR Reference Voltage = DEFAULT
CPU GTLREF 0&2 = 67x
CPU GTLREF 1&3 = 67x

------
DRAM Timing Selectable = Manual
------
CAS (tCL) = 5
RAS# to CAS# Delay (tRCD) = 5
RAS# Precharge (tRP)= 5
Precharge Delay (tRAS) = 15

101 MHz isn't unusual - there's a reason for upping it from 100, but I don't recall.

Regarding your fsb/mem-multi - you can always tweak around yourself, and find better settings, more overclock. Bear in mind the stability-testing, stress-testing, optimising voltages, and doing all this to compare multiple configuration can take an age!!

I suppose if you record your current settings - or save a bios profile - you can always return to what you have.

Given that you bought a prebuilt system (at least that's what it looks like), you mightn't like to bother. For example, in everyday use (gaming/browsing/etc.) you might not notice very much difference between 3.2GHz and 3.6GHz, etc.

If it were me, I'd have a go at squeezing more out of it - assuming that your temps allow for this.

you can try 8x400 , and 1:1 ram:cpu with 4-4-4-12 timings.

Or if its PC8500 memory, you can try the 360x9 that you got but with 1:1.5 cpu:ram which will bring it to 1080mhz and set timings to 5-5-5-18 or 5-5-5-15, depending how good your ram is try to get the lowest possible.

Well my CPU Voltage seems to be pretty high, so im wondering if its going to be worth it. I mean high compared to the stock voltage and what other people use, looks like mine needed a bit more juice to be stable.

What would i use to test the OC is stable? In the past when overclocking (AMD Athlon days) i ran PRIME95 for as long as possible and waited for errors (most people said 24hours but that was a tad too long....) is there anything better? and quicker!
