Hi, this is my 1st post on here, so hello to all
Thirstly i'm not here to complain about OCUK, The pc i recieved is amazing, i'm so imprest with the build quality. So i recieved it on friday got it set up, afte 25 mins it just turned off. No power at all, tried a few different power cables incase the fuse went in the plug, but turns out the psu blew the fuse in every cable i connected. So it's dead after only 25mins use. The psu is OCZ StealthXStream 600w. Surely is a good quality unit and should last longer i should imagine? OCUK said it may have been knocked in transit, knowing city link a "knock" is the least it recieved on it's journey. Now it has to endure two more trips with these guys
Baically a friend of mine told me i should get rid of the system and build it myself. I really don't want to do that though, i could'nt build a system anywhere near as good as OCUK have done for me. So what do you guys think? Should I give this system another chance after they hopfully replace the psu (better not be a repair) or get a refund and build myself?
I've saved long and hard to get this pc and now it's sat next to me in a box and i'm useing an old cerleron heap of junk to type this on.
