i brought one of these yesterday opened box this morning (i know it value) but my problem is it come with no english power cable, no dvi cable as it says in store, anit to bothered about that as its just a couple of cables but my main problem is that in the picture to monitor its black,i openened it its sliver it looks totaly out of place in me room,as is me tower is black me keybord is and everything else i own is do anyone know if oc will swap monitor for this reason as i wanted a black one,the monitor works fine but it just looks silly in me room wouldnt of brought this monitor if i knew it was sliver. just asking because it costs me about £40 in taxis to get oc now they have moved just dont want a wasted trip.

it would be quicker if you rang them.

ive got a question for you.

if you spent £150 on the monitor and £40 on taxi's....wouldn't it have been better to get a better monitor and get it delivered ?

I brought this to their attention when they first started stocking these AoC models.
Looked like a grey import to me, and the silver is the tackiest silver you have ever seen.
Also pointed out the lack of power and DVI cables.

I'm suprised they haven't added to the description that they are Silver and not black, it's a very misleading image on the website.
Also is it legal to sell an electrical device in the UK without a power cable?

I bought online so had the DSR on my side, if you've bought in store not 100% what you could do bar call them inform them of the trouble and ask them to collect due to mis-description, they might do, shy bairns get nowt ;)

just rang the shop they said they will swap it it no prob i am in the right will see when i get the store ps dont like shoping on line because had me credit card maxed out before and it is the most tackeyest sliver you will ever see i agree it looks like cheep spray paint lol
