OC volt and temp check

I'm using the GA-P35-DS3 and an E8200, not done much overclocking before I don't want to push it too far so I'm running it at 3.2Ghz, Just upped the FSB to 400 from 333.

My temps according to SpeedFan look like this:

CPU Core 0: 44C
CPU Core 1: 44C
CPU: 37C

Also the CPU Voltage has auto'd at 1.39V

Does any of that seem overly high?

EDIT: Had orthos running which raised the load temps of the CPU to around 58C-60C which seems really high...
