Not really, although i found when i increased it to 105, i could clock my x850 a little higher.
you should be careful though as it will more likely induce instability in the system, but if you get lucky 
. best increases will be found from oc to the card rather than pcie as its faster than a single card can max out anyway. (points to orignal sli etc before 2x16 which is still rare and requires southbridge)
