To start with i would leave voltage at stock and increase core clock until it starts crashing or artifacting. I would think it should be good for at least 1050mhz on the core at stock volts. Upping core voltage to 1.2v should see you good for 1150 ish based on my 7950, possibly up to 1200mhz. Up the memory slightly on stock mem volts and i would imagine you would get around 1600 Mhz, not really worth going much higher from my experience. Good luck.
 
Sometimes overclocking memory too far gives a lesser score i've found. Try backing off memory slightly and retry. Some one will probably come in with a reason for this, possibly a VRM temp issue, unsure.
