Guys

Oc'd my system about a year ago (SIG), originally at 400x8 but now on the x9 multi at 3204.

My ram is underclocked at 712 on 1/1, whats the best way to go about getting the mem closer to 800mhz?

cheers..

What is your RAM Voltage set to?
What is the closest RAM Frequency to 800 you can get to?

The mem is running on 2.1v (5.5.5.15)

currently at 1/1.1 = 712mhz, the next option from there is 1/1.2 = 854mhz

it was never an issue on the 8x multi (8x400) as the mem ran at 800mhz but my PWM was getting too high..

You should be able to get closer to 800mhz if you lower the FSB by 10.
Are you trying to get back to 800mhz just for the sake of it?
Personally i'd be happy with 3.2Ghz out of that Q6600.
Have you run a program like OCCT and it's shown to be all stable?

yeah, 12hrs prime stable (that was nearly a year ago now), never had any issues with the oc.

Doubt id see much difference between 712-800mhz with the mem, but thought id ask anyway.

cheers for the help..
