OCin' help please

Hi all,

Recently got my new phenom 965BE to replace my ageing athlon quad... and want some help, well not want... need some help overclocking the bugger.

I also just got a new PSU: XFX Pro550W to help with the overclock.

I run 7gb mem (3 x 2gb and 1 x 1gb) ddr3 1333mhz ram, asrock m3n78d mobo, asus gtx560 and an arctic freezer pro 7 rev 2 cooler.

what can i hit on my overclock, what volts etc and what is safe to go too?

Im running the rc03 stepping i think..i just want to hit 4gh if possible

Do i touch the hht link or nb volts at all or just the cu volts and multipler?
