Morning
Playing around with core multiplayer and volts is pretty straight forward
How about the options such as CPU SA and IO voltage? Also there is ST PLL and PCH voltage options
Should I be paying attention to those to?
Another strange thing is ram which is 3000mhz doesn't boot on xmp, when lowered down to 2800 seems fine
Last bios update was a while back, assuming that might be it
After playing around a little was able to get 5ghz on 1.35v without playing around with the rest of the above mentioned volts
Any help or advise on this or overclocking in general?
Cheers :)

managed to get 4.9Ghz on 1.35, not sure if its safe to go for higher volts as it goes red and looks scary :D
With a delid and liquid metal applied temps get to 75-80ish which isn't too bad, thinking of trying h100i v2 or cryorig a40 and perhaps then push volts slightly
In regards to C-state and such, do you run yours at full OC speed or dynamic mode?
Couldn't get ram to run at 3000Mhz and set it to 2800 with 1.2v I believe
Ran memtest with no errors

I've had a2/b2 and xmp didn't work, now running b1/b2 and everything works
not sure how stupid this sounds but ram timings, I am able to set 15/18/16/28 instead of stock 16/19/19/38 does that make any difference?
Thinking the same, leaving [email protected]
Have a fixed offset, haven't really played with that option just yet
cooler is: Alpenfohn Matterhorn black with 2 apache black fans AK-FN062
