Rivatuner and Ati Tool are your friends
Download Rivatuner from guru3d.com, install, go to driver overclocking, increase the corespeed by 25Mhz and test, if no prblem keep increasing until the test fails.
Next do the same with memory while keeping core overclocked, if you have the max speeds test with different games and look for image corruption.
