oc'ing a ds3

ok my specs are in my sig.

It's been a long long while since i clocked my xp2800 on an abit board. I've got easy tuner installed but guess it's better to oc in the bios than that. What settings do i need to change to get started. There seems so many options these days

No one prepared to help me out with a few settings? Only wanted the first few so i know where i'm going.
