Hi 8Pack,

I'm recently learning how to overclock DDR3 memory, but I don't really now what timings should I put in.

The memory modules I'm using is the Corsair Dominator Platinum DDR3 1866C9, X.M.P profile has the timing of 9-10-9-27 @1.5V

In the BIOs, I've put everything to Auto and chose to run at 2133Hz, and CPU-Z now shows my timing is 10-11-10-30.

Is that a good timing for the RAM?

What i would try first is this,
DDR3 is perfectly fine upto 1.75v for 24/7 so set xmp and manually change the timings from auto to your rated ones so 9-10-9-27 and also change command rate to 1, now increase the voltage to what your comfatable with, say 1.7v for now and set speed to 2133 and boot, if it works try next divider, 2400 and so on. Check for stability each time.
Dont forget to add a little voltage bump to the IMC, ioa/iod??
If it struggles past 2133 change cas to 10, i'd of thought that those sticks would do 2400+cas10 with ease.
