I've OC'ed it to 925MHz/1350MHz already and OC'ing it to 950MHz causes it to become unstable and freeze FurMark after about a minute. I was wondering if I should tweak the voltage and go a bit higher than 925MHz or are my clocks good enough as it is? My load temp is 86 degrees on Auto fan control (About 60% fanspeed under full load) and the voltage is stock 1.1v.

Thanks.

Moothead2, why exactly do you NEED to clock the card higher? Are you struggling for FPS in games?
You have already obtained more than 10% more power [MHz] (A great OC) out of your card [as well as the unlocked shaders]

To actually answer your question: You can fiddle around with the voltages a little and see if it stabilizes your clock [~950 MHz]

I don't really need to, I just want to :). I also have the 1GB version so I don't think this version unlocks to the 6970. Can I just ask, what has more effect on FPS the memory speed or the GPU clock speed?

Thanks for your reply.
