OC'ing Problems

Hoping someone can help me with this..

First of heres my specs:

Pentium D 805 2.66Ghz
Asus P5B Intel P965 82801HB/HR (ICH8)
Kingston 2x 512MB DDR2 5300
GeForce 7300GS
Maxtor 80GB SATAII HDD
550W PSU with 35A on the 5v rail and 30A on the 12v rail and 28A on the 3.3v rail

Now the problem..

Ive read all on may hardware sites that the Pentium D 805 will overclock really well on air.. but im not having much luck... my default FSB is 130Mhz (x20 Multi = 2666Mhz/2.66Ghz) But i can only get my FSB as high as 160Mhz (3.2Ghz) and then i start having problems.. like windows just locks up if i do anything cpu intensive or the bios just says the overclock failed.. the memory is running at 640Mhz so its not at the max 667Mhz that it can take.. so dose anyone know whats holding my system back from overclocking more?
 
Knowing my luck... probaly is.. here is some more info on the ram..

KVR667D2N5K2/1G (it was a mached pair if 512mb to make a gig) and its CL5 timings

So that basic then?? :(
