How exactly does it work.
To be fair I dont really want to oc it I want it to run at what its rated at.
I can not work out how to get it to run at what its sposed to.
I have a quad core and my mobo fsb is at 1066. So ideally I want the ram to be at 1066, this be right?
So when I go into cpu-z I would want the frequency to be showing 533?
Or is the frequency different with a quad?
Any help greatly appreciated

ah you didnt state the speed is was running at in the OP

its usually a setting in the bios i believe, a friend of mine had the same problem. i will ask him how he sorted it unless someone here gives the answer :)

Yeah I tried running it as linked and 1:1 which I believe is meant to work as thats what its rated at.
This caused my pc to beep as posted then get stuck at the post screen.
Any ideas?
