Oc'n 2500k, 6950

Just recently got an i5 2500k and a Sapphire HD 6950 and curious about OC'n them.

Currently CPU is at 4GHz in bios and the GPU is 950/1420 via trixx, both appear stable.. they are just me playing about.

Curious how far I can push them (air cooling for both in zalman z9 plus, cpu cooled by Alpenföhn Matterhorn Pure).

What sort of settings need changing in the bios, ie c1e, cpu turbo disabled? etc..

GPU seems to underclock massively on their own when watching the core/mem speeds with trixx btw..

something isn't right.. unigine only giving me 571? saying cpu is 3.3 when it's 4.0 right now and also trixx is oc'd to 920/1325 but the widget only shows it reaching 800 usually, seen it maxed a couple times but not sure it's sitting there
