OCs Bundle Upgrade

Hi guys,

I am considering upgrading my PC and I've been looking at 3 options of Intel Z170 Overclocked Bundles that Overclockers do and several other parts for my upgrade and would need some advice, especially if anyone has got one of these bundles.

The 3 bundles I have been looking at, are;

I don't want to spend fortunes, I would like to get 16GB ram but I am unsure what's the best heatsink/fans to get. I can't see much reviews on the heatsinks and would like to know which ones are good that comes with the bundles or would I need to purchase a separate heatsink?

Also I am thinking about getting a SSD and PSU, which are these;

I would appreciate it for any feedback. I could do with some ideas for the bundles, especially the heatsink issue and if the PSU is decent enough or is it overkill?

My spec;
CPU: Interl Core 2 Duo E8500 @ 3.16ghz
Motherboard: Rampage Forumla
Ram: 4GB
GFX: Radeon R9 200 series
PSU: Enermax 450w
Hard Drive: Maxtor 200GB - I have 2 more HDs with 500GB but they are older than the Maxtor.

I've got the 290 model.

I'm considering buying the parts separate with the option of overclocking in a later date. I'll be okay putting everything together but it's the overclocking I will be new too.

this is the spec I'm considering now:
CPU: Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Motherboard: MSI Z170-A PRO ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
Storage: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Power Supply: Corsair RMx 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX

I have been told the PSU I have choosen is a bit much and would be better to select a better and cheaper option.

Generally I found the Corsair had positive reviews on the 550W and 750W, but little on 650W. So thats why I'm slightly unsure on the 650W. I would consider EVGA, which ones would you recommend?
