October upgrade, anything to look out for?

Let me say i'm really happy with the system OCuk built me it's going great.:cool:

I have a GTX 470 and was just wondering, would there be a point in upgrading to a 580 by the time Oct comes or will there be something greater to look out for on the horizon?

Any advice would be great.
