I got 1 of these for the girlfriend at Xmas and she has just rang to say its froze, any of u guys tell me how to do a reset on these?

Theres a rest switch on the back marked reset just put a small pin in there for a soft reset or for a hard reset look in settings backup or summat like that and there is an option to reset to factory setting but before you do that make shure you know were the language setting are for the rest as when you do it mine defaults back to dutch and so does my girlfriends caution when you do this it wipes everything i took my sdcard out while i did mine so didnt loose my music i had stored on it dont know if that gets wipped but to be on the safe side id take it out

I own this Tablet and have had a brilliant time with it and no problems at all

You just push a pin in the back where it says reset hold it down for 3 seconds and its done, have only had to do this once since owning the tablet since 28th December!

Yes sure. If everyone ever had a crash on their PC sending them back for a refund, the desktop PC industry would probably bit the dust by now.

Crashes is do occur everyone knows that...it's how frequent do they happen that determine whether or not they are "not fit for purpose" and need RMA.

It seems to me there are inherent faults with this product. Id recommend rma'ing sooner rather than later although unfortunately for Ocuk this forum is enough evidence for anybody to invoke SOGA for years to come.
