Something less formal me thinks and be so people are not restricted as to when they can come and go.
The idea is for everyone to just chill

It will progress as follows....
1) 10-20 people will express interest.
2) 5-8 will say they will definitely come depending on location /date
3) 2-4 people will drop out because the location is to far away.
4) 2-4 people will drop out because its on the wrong week end.
5) only 1-2 people will be left (Not including the OP who gave up at 3)
6) thread dies a death
7) someone starts a new OCUK camping meet thread in about 12-13 months time
seen it all before but lets hope this one is different.
