ocuk 3700 san diego why 20 quid difference

hi all

looking for a cheap upgrade option i see the 3700 san diego proccy at 61 quid for the oem but retail is 81 why is there such a price difference is there any other differences you guys know of ie stepings or anything that you can shed some light on

so if you had the choice would the 3700sd be better than the 3800 as the 3700 has a 1meg cache
