As far as i knowthey are just a known brand that ocul sell as thier own. fir instance i got a ocuk 7800GT yesterday and it is an Inno3D model in full retail packing.

I got the OCuk 7900GT, and it clocks to hell, but the fan on it, ive replaced with a VF900, cuz the standard fan is too noisy for me.

They are NVIDIA reference cards and are superb overclockers.

I can get 580 & 784 straight from the stock cooler on the Ocuk 7900GT. More with the VF900

thats just what i wanted to hear as a nice review i read not too long ago said they used a reference card and not a branded one and got amazing clocks with it
