OCUK 8600 Noisy?

It uses a different heatsink to the leadtek/bfg's 8600gt. Is it anymore noisier? Is it audiable? Like the heatsink looks similar to my old geforce 2ti which was noisy as hell.

got mine yesterday and it is not noticeable under windows use( i went from onboard graphics) and when playing games its still quiet i'm very happy with the noise anyway.
 
I bought an 8500GT, should have went for the passive one. Its a noisy little fan. Bought and Accelero S2 VGA Cooler, whch, even though it doesnt say its compatible, it is. Silence was more important. Now ive got to try and silence my PSU. Grrr.
