Yup just spotted that as well. £7.95 postage. What exactly is the difference with the oc2 versions? They supposed to clock better?

If you had checked that price in the small print it says VAT added when you get to checkout.

So total price is 410 pounds plus delivery.


Its a common con....

So is a competitor sell every single brand of GTX £50 cheaper than ourselves or not?

Or are they VAT scamming or something?

BFG GeForce 8800 GTX OC 768MB GDDR3 HDTV/Dual DVI from nother well known site not flea bay 359.00 so 20 quid difference best i can find.This is with free postage included so not that much.


mr Gibbo the flea bay one was doing the old not including v.a.t so yours was cheaper.
ill send you a link for the one posted above if you want and thats a well known competitor so wouldnt take long to find.

Just found the EBAY website supposedly selling at £50 cheaper, if you read the T&C's you will see this statement "Retail customers are welcome to purchase these items but all Sales are subject to 17.5% VAT added at paypal checkout. These deals require IMMEDIATE payment by Paypal only."

Basically they are not showing the price is exc. VAT, very dodgy and my advice is not to buy from a company who is unwilling to show the proper price and make it clear whether its inc. or exc. VAT.

Also from what I can see they don't even have stock, notice how it mentions collection not available.

The card is at £349.17 inc £10 off from google check out.

Though they have no stock.

Yes please do, in case thats another site, but still no stock kinda really says it all.
 
I really dislike companies that don't show the true price. A lot of selling is based on trust and most companies will want repeat customers. I think that is ocuk's strong point. Anyways those that get tricked by this ebay shop.. well I'll quote the immortal words of George W Bush.
