I know that you get 14 day warranty from receipt but is that with the actual manufatureres or with OCUK?

For instance if I bought a graphics card from B Grade do I only get 14 days warranty from the graphics card company or does that mean that OCUK cover it for 14days and then you also get the 2years or whatever from the card manufacturer?

I've emailed ocuk about this before and I'm sure their responce basicly said after the 14 days you where on you own.
Look at it like buying second hand but with 14 days to test it.

manufacturer warrenty still applies, same goes with 2nd hand stuff.

But the said bit of hardware could be 11 months old in the b-grade section.

AFAIK, by law, all warrenties start from the moment of purchase rather than from the moment of production or stocking.

This stuff is second-hand and the manufacturer is under no obligation to honour a warranty if you are not the original purchaser. Witness the situation with Crucial - if you are not the original owner, then you have no warranty.
