So it's week 26 and by my alphabet that makes it the last one... am afraid not :D We will be playing this out for a single stand alone winner just as the crowd are demanding.... This will require as many of you to help in assisting with a speedy outcome, but more on this later. Regardless if you can or can't help out I would like to take this opportunity in thanking each and everyone of you for taking part and making this competition an absolute delight and pleasure. As for my beer...

Headless Dog ABV 4.3%
A bright amber ale, smooth initially with a slight hint of the Munich malt coming through from the grist. This is complemented well by the stronger refreshing taste from this well hopped beer. Named after the unusual mural of a headless dog at the front door to the brewery.

Not bad at all and a pretty safe bet being from here :D

Turns out screech owl was a bargain choice, a quid a bottle and tasted really good! Been ages since I drank it though, should have bought more
 
Bugger - I should have entered that penguin ale I had last night!

Never mind though - I'm quite happy to have ended up roughly half way up the leader board after joining the competition half way through. Plus, I've had the chance to sample many new beers I wouldn't normally have tried. I'm looking forward to being in at the start of the next one, :D
 
Pony Stout was good. Not pony at all! Quite sweet, and disappointing that it was such a small bottle. :(
