Couple of quick questions:

Got an Asus P8P67 PRO Intel P67 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard - bought as part of an overclocked bundle.

1). If I flash the bios to a newer version will I lose the saved OCuk profile?
and
2). If I were to reset the bios by whatever method (battery removal / shorting jumper pins / whatever) again, would I lose the saved OCuk Profile?

Thanks in advance.

If you flash the BIOS to a new one you will loose the settings.

Clearing the CMOS through the jumper or battery should keep the saved profile.

Thanks for the reply RJC.

Just for the sake of abundant clarity ... when you say "you will lose the settings" - does this mean that the profile won't exist in the saved profiles menu any more and I therefore won't be able to load it again - or do you just mean that the settings will have reverted to defaults and I'd have to reload the profile to re-instate the OCuk profile?

Thanks.

Sorry, you will loose the saved Ocuk saved profile and start the overclcock from scratch.
