It's been de-lidded as i've just done it, I had a proper brown pant moment when you hear the crack followed by panic!

Yes, its a full custom loop. I just need to reduce the voltage down now till I can find where it starts crash as this was just a simple OC with a XMP applied to make sure it runs.

I couldn't even running at test before the delid over 1.210 vCore / 4.8Ghz as it would all start to thermal throttle, what I have noticed is I need less voltage now on my daily OC. The amount or I should say the lack of thermal past in my CPU is/was a joke.

Dialled in my daily clocks.

4 cores @ 4.8 GHz with 1.21v
14 Cores @ 4.6 GHz with 1.17v

Ram is only at 3000 MHz so some improvement to be done there. OS is also Windows 10^^ but shows as 8
