The date for this lunch will be Saturday 11th February, meeting time 11AM.

New year, new pub! We will be meeting at The Moat at 11AM with the aim to depart from there at 11.30AM.

The Moat
London Road
Wrotham
Sevenoaks
TN15 7RR

Please congregate in the red circled bit around the back of The Moat as this should allow us the most space for a quick chinwag without disturbing the regular patrons (watch out for the massive pothole!)

From there we will make our way to The Botley Hill Farmhouse to have lunch around 12.30.

Route to be determined (and probably will wing it on the day!) but will be roughly this:

The Botley Hill Farmhouse
Limpsfield Road
Warlingham
CR6 9QH

We'll probably hang around here to chat and do passenger rides as there are decent(ish) roads, if people fancy another convoy we can always head back to The Moat and gatecrash another wedding :D

We all wear badges right? Do a little introduction and play a team building game? Fancy dress right?

Don't be silly, we're a computer forum! We just all stand around really awkwardly staring at our phones barely talking to each other, then come back and post on the forum about how we all had such an amazing time and we can't wait for the next meet :D

As I missed last one and calendar looks clear I'll take a drive down. Early start ish to be there but shouldn't be a problem.

I'll bring the GT.

Added. No worries if you bail on the day due to weather, is understandable and the pub is normally flexible about number of people when booking :)

Table booked for Saturday, pub has said a pre order due to the six e of our group would be very much appreciated else we're going to have a long wait for food. Menu here, would be very appreciative if people can post their choices below today/tomorrow (appreciate this is short notice, you can still order if you don't post but the food may take a while). http://www.botleyhill-farmhouse.co.uk/dining/lunch/

Also I've had to put an £80 deposit down to guarantee us a table due to the group size, so if there are any no shows I will cut you :p will sort out the bill on the day but I forsee this being a royal pain in the backside...

"Chooser of poor weather meets" is certainly an apt description of Vox right now :D

I did say that I booked the weather :D

All food choices have now been put in a spreadsheet that I'll be bringing with me, so no one can claim they didn't actually order that :p

Vox definitely ordered his usual weather today :p

Woke up and looked out the window this morning and just thought "Well, living up to my reputation again today" :D

I was going to wash the car, I will not be doing that now.

Thanks for coming all, the snow certainly made things interesting! Glad everyone had a good time, food was excellent and have dropped the pub a note saying thanks for hosting us.

Luckily Freefaller was on hand to give me a push when the 911 decided it just did not want to turn in the snow.

Acme had one of those moments where you smell the perfume of an ex-girlfriend and it makes you all sad.
