This is designed to be a minimal fuss solution. The case comes with a pre installed 750 EX240 kit which is all sealed and pretty much hassle free.
the default mayhems fluid [ultra pure] will last ages. I would say up to 2 years without issue. I have seen people using this for a year+ and the coolant has been as clear as the day it goes in!
a coloured coolant will mean some staining over an extended period but Mayhems is nowhere near as bad as some other brands. for minimal fuss, go with the ultra pure.
Compared to a H100. it will be a lot quieter. especially so if the H100 is push pull.
push pull is really not required on a watercooling radiator. the temperatures will be vary depending on your CPU and overclock but ultimately it will allow more headroom.
rather than considering what figure it lowers the temperature by, I always advise people to consider the extra headroom for overclocking that watercooling allows.
even on a watercooling setup optimised for silence, you will always have headroom that wouldnt be there over a standard or AIO cooler.
