OCUK current Q6600 G0 stock.

I have been offered a B3 Q6600 for £120, thing is after doing a bit of digging around it seems to be an "average" clocker at best achieving 3.4ghz with 1.5ish volts. This seems a little high for my liking and was wondering what people have experienced here overclocking etc with the current stock of the G0 chips ocuk currently have in stock.

I have the money now (thanks to Santa) Would i be better getting a new chip or do i wait for the 45nm chips, when they eventually decide to release them.

I've a B3 at 3.5ghz, and it's held back by temps despite being under water.
