OCUK Customer service

Whats going on with ocuk's customer service??? I dont always have time to ring so mailing/webticket is the better option for me. Finally got a sort of reply today after sending on Sunday, didn't answer my question, so replied and now there not answering again. Used to be so much better when done via the forums, bring back @Bailey never an issue then. Has CS been sourced out of office???

Gonna be another bad day as only around 1/3 of work force have turned upto work today, I had return home myself due to the chaos on roads due to heavy snow fall.

I can work from home but of course some of OcUK roles need staff present on site and it’s those jobs which will get very behind today due to the issues on the roads.

Ok thanks for the info, I have replied via PM. A lot of bugs going about currently, just getting over the worse cold ever!!!
