Who Qualifies

This offer applies to

  • OcUK Forums members who have 250 or more posts and have been registered for over 90 days, or
  • OcUK Forums members who have been registered for over 12 months and made at least 100 posts

This offer does NOT apply to
  • Banned or suspended members
  • Members who do not satisfy the qualification requirements above

Terms & Conditions
  • OcUK reserves the right to remove or temporarily suspend this benefit at any time
  • Members who openly spam to increase post count will have their post count reduced

How to Take Advantage
  • Raise a support ticket via https://help.overclockers.co.uk/hc/en-gb/requests/new
  • Select the most appropriate options for the request you have
  • Enter your forum user name in the field titled ‘Forum User Name (optional)’
  • Submit your ticket and await a response within 24 hours
 
I raised a ticket a few weeks ago, 24th September - despite my forum account being linked, I'm no longer seeing the free next day delivery option (yes, basket total was over the minimum amount). Gave it three days with no response, and chased it up but haven't heard anything since.
@Doric any chance you could chase this up too? It's not urgent, I ended up going elsewhere for what I needed, but I would like to get it sorted for the next time I order - ticket #872272

I purchased a monitor and clicked the 2 year insurance option but I wasn't redirected to the insurance company, not sure if I read that's what would happen or if I'm imagining it :D or will I receive am email from the insurers at some point?

We're investigating this at the moment as we've had similar reports. In the mean time, please DM me your order number and email address used to place the order.
 
Thanks for the nudge everyone, and apologies for the delays! As you can imagine the requests for support post Christmas is sky high and some requests from forum members slip through the cracks as we're taking longer to get back to everyone.

Have raised internally now :)
