Like to say how impressed iam with the customer support of the site. I recreantly purchased a HIS 7970 and just my luck it had vertical lines of death straight out the box... phone ocuk. instantly got an email with RMA number. TWO Days Later just had an e-mail saying new card is on his way, no fuss.

Will be ordering all my products from now on with this site....
 
It's great to see you've had a good experience, I agree their customer service is outstanding the guys that do it really do have a passion for what they do.
 
Never bought from here as I stumbled across the site after I bought all my parts, but im liking all the good feedback you guys are getting. I had to RMA my GPU and had to keep badgering the company to give me updates, and even they didnt know what was going on! 2 day turnover is pretty awesome.
You guys may not be the cheapest out there, but id be willing to pay a little extra what the customer service.
 
I had to return a motherboard recently, no problems in receiving a refund. Customer service is top notch at Ocuk.

Generally the price difference is very small compared to other competitors and I'd rather order from a company I can trust when things go wrong. Their pre sales are very good too.
 
Yeah I had never heard of OcUK before, until my Daughters school teacher ( The rather lovely women she is lol ) told me about them ....and I have never looked back ...always get my stuff when I'm told I'm going to get it .

In fact I just this very morning at 9 pm on the nose got the Monitor I ordered :)
