OCUK delivery times this week?

Hello chaps

Ordered something last Sunday and still has not been dispatched. Anyone had a similar experience this week?
Already posted in CS forum and was told would be sorted for delivery which obviously is not going to happen now

Yup, I've had the same this week, ordered Sunday and still not been shipped. Also been told it would be shipped this week, a bit disappointing although I don't know their staffing levels during COVID. They shipped one of two orders, and shipped the one I didn't immediately need and not the one I did immediately need. If it's not shipped by Monday I'll just have to cancel, a shame as it's the first time in 5 years I've bought PC components from here.

Exactly the same situation. I ordered some bits Sunday evening and rest Monday morning. Monday morning bit turned up today and Sunday evening not even dispatched!!

I ordered beginning of the week, item was in stock, when it hadn't been shipped by Friday I cancelled.

I’m guessing they are monstrously busy at the moment. They already said it was busier than Black Friday / Christmas during lockdown.

A few places I’ve ordered stuff from online in the past fortnight have had warning banners saying dispatch could be a day or two longer than normal.

How did you manage that? Webnote form states orders begin with 5xxxxx but every order I've ever had are always OCxxxxx

There are two order numbers on the confirmation email.

I did an order on Wednesday and it hasn't been shipped yet. I've not had a problem with things from other places I've ordered from turning up on time in the last week.

I have always preferred to use OCUK where I can as I obviously frequent the forums etc... prefer to give them my money. However this experience is not good and started making me change my mind.

What he said, I was puzzled by the number as all my ordered started OC1234, but it's in the confirmation email.

I felt the same, but after waiting a week I decided just to keep my money.

I cancelled my most recent order after not being able to speak to anyone about it. Was only after I placed the order did they say about expected delays higher than usual (unless I missed it saying on the website). Ordered from competitors who don't seem to be having the delay issues who who knows what's going on.
