Any help would be much appreciated...
I just recieved mine today, and it is absoultely fantastic. However, within the last half hour, the image has twiced disappeared!
The only way to get it back is to switch it off using the front panel button, then back on again. I'm wondering if the monitor is wearing itself in (if that makes sense?). It's kind of annoying when your writing your dissertation in Word, but I can get away with it for the moment.
Should I call/email to get a new one? Could it possibly be my graphics card drivers? I previously was using a 17" Iiyama and not once encountered this problem. I have just updated the driver yesterday, so could that be the problem?
If I do ask for a replacement, would this one have to be sent back first before I receive a new one?
Please don't let this post put anyone off buying this! It is a fantastic monitor and at a great price. Get one ASAP!!!
Regards,
JP
