OcUK Dispatch times?

I have ordered my item on sunday and still havent received any confirmation of it being dispatched.

I ordered 2 items and chose DPD next day delivery, I even called up sales team and I was told that it would definitley dispatch today.

However the order status still remains the same 'Order Status: In our warehouse queue' and I have yet to receive this 'email'.

Any explanations?

Start a thread in the customer support forum, any query I've asked there has been answered very promptly.

They won't answer in ages (it's even been posted there) need someone with a similar experience or some form of knowledge of what could be wrong.

OcUK only ship up to about 5.30, so it certainly isn't going to go now. Clearly something's gone wrong in the process of shipping your order but nobody can tell you what until the morning.
