OCUK dispatch wait time

Hey!!
I am finding it impossible to get in touch with overclockers (order placed 7 days ago), no service with webnotes or phonecalls - even after 1+ hour hold waits.

Does anyone have experience with their recent wait times for shipment parts on available stock?

Sorry if wrong forum, Dont know where else to go...

''Stock counting error
ETA: On order with supplier.''

Asked in CS section! thank you very much for the help gentlemen, looks like i will just have to wait.
The part with the stock counting error was of course: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3070 Master 8GB GDDR6 PCI-Express Graphics Card

Hopefully "available soon" means soon...
