Hello. New here and have a query.
I ordered an item in Monday and it clearly states any purchases bought before 4pm will be shipped same day.

Contacted them yesterday via phone to make sure they had the item in stock and was assured that the item would definitely be dispatched yesterday for delivery today however as it stands just now it has still been dispatched.

Does anyone know if their are any sorts of hold ups at all
 
They moved to a new warehouse. I’ve been waiting 10 days now for mine to dispatch. It was also in stock
Jesus Christ that's a very long time to wait. Surely they should have had a disclaimer stating wise.

Was more concerned in case the item had went out of stock as they didn't have stocks if the moza gear for a while
 
Post in the customer service section, you won’t get answers here.
All it does is take you to a web form to fill in with upto 5 days to reply.

I'm pretty certain ocuk customer services won't be willing to give me any info on how long customers have had to wait though for items to be dispatched however like the poster above members would be able to say if they have had any delays

Just checked the item I purchased and it's now out of stock. Need to find out if its been allocated as its the last piece I need to finish my build which started in November :cry:
