If, so, what week/batch is it ?

If you're asking because of the reports released by Intel regarding the Errata found in the Core2Duos don't worry about it. Most processors have Errata problems but they don't need to trouble the user.

By most, he means 'all' ;) And the errata list is usually very, very long.
