OcUK forum pages not updating properly?

[Things change I've changed]

Sometimes I'll click on a forum like the "Optical Storage & Writing" section for example and it's showing the last post is from 8 o'clock this morning so I have to hit f5 to update the page (which normally I never have to do), it seems to be intermitant ?

anybody else or is it just me ?
