OcUK Gamer W370ST - where is the wifi switch/f button combo?

I have this model, and I can't connect to wifi, so currently using an ethernet cable. I definitely remember in the past having a similar issue, which was caused by the wifi switch being off. I can't remember how to check that now, f+f12 doesn't seem to do anything, and I can't see any keyboard keys with the wifi connection symbol. Advice please?

unplug your ethernet cable > go to control panel, network connections and see if it's turned on there.

there will be a wifi switch combo but don't know where.
