If OCUK don't specify, then I assume it will be any motherboard that meets the spec: B760 chipset, DDR5 memory and onboard WIFI. Realistically, it probably won't be that cheap, because those features (from what I can see of OCUK's stock) will cost at least ~£150.

A 4070 Ti Super is a great 1440p card (TPU's average FPS is 137.5 across 25 games, max details with no ray tracing or upscaling) and a decent 4K card (TPU's average FPS is 80.8, review here).
